Ann-Marie Larkin has practised yoga for 22 years and has been teaching for nine. She is a graduate of the Yoga Therapy Ireland teacher training course, and has studied with many experienced teachers including Philip Xerin (pranayama studies), Mukunda Tom Styles, and Hanne Gillespie.
Ann-Marie is an accredited teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, and has recently been awarded their teaching diploma after completing the advanced Practitioner Teacher Training Progamme.
She is inspired by the classical yoga text 'The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali'. She enjoys practising the work of Sri T Krishnamacharya, considered to be the father of yoga, and Srivatsa Ramaswami, his student of 30 years.
